No School- There will be no school December 22-January 5. School resumes January 6. 

Homework Packet- We sent home a homework packet with your child today, Friday, December 19. The packet is not due until Friday, January 9, but feel free to get a head start if you'd like. 

Reading- Your kindergarteners are strengthening their reading skills and it is so exciting to see them develop in this area. Please be sure to have them read as much as possible over the break. Practicing sight words will also help develop their reading fluency. 

Grades/Report Cards- Please check Aeries for up-to-date grades for your kindergarten student. Second quarter report cards will be sent home on Friday, January 9. 

Needed Supplies- Mrs. Kirkendall's class is in needs baby wipes. If you can donate, some, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for your generosity!

Western Science Center Field Trip- Our next field trip is on February 27, to the Western Science Center. This is a local trip and we are asking families to drop off and pick up from the museum. The field trip packet will come home the week we return from break, so be on the lookout!
